Rihanna has been killing it both on and off the red carpet for some time now, and the 27-year old star has decided to jump in the fashion driver's seat. She has launched her own stylist and beauty agency called Fr8me. All of her experience working with the likes of Puma and Dior will undoubtedly set her on the cutting edge. I can't wait to see her vision at work.

And...Although Fast Company doesn't yet consider Instagram to be a true game-changer, it definitely cracked the fashion week door open and allowed more of the general public to view and weigh in on designer's collections. It also allows visibility for a greater number of designers and I call that a win-win for consumers and creators alike.
