The NFL Player As Designer Posted on 7 Jul 23:38 , 0 comments
Move over bloggers, rappers, whomever, whoever and whatever. Guess who's jumping into the fashion scene?
Allow me to preface what I'm about to write with a disclaimer - I don't normally engage in conversation or write about teams or their players who wear certain colors like red and gold. And I'm not talking about my high school either.
I'll give you a hint. According to Hauteliving.com, this NFL superstar is making his mark as he "showcases hats made of leather in scarlet, white and olive green with suede that incorporate gold metal and fabric to create a gilded look in honor of the Superbowl’s 50th anniversary...". Still haven't figured it out?
Colin Kaepernick is his name and designing is his game - at least when he's not on the field. I admire the fact that he demonstrates a well-rounded character and I sense that once he is no longer actively playing football he will be more than alright in the business world.
